::What I do to stay consistent::
Whenever, wherever possible I leave things out for myself that remind me to get it done. Trust me we all fall off the wagon. I'm back on it day #4. For example I jump and do weights on my trampoline. Amazing way to workout without serious joint impact, while improving circulation and lymphatic system. I leave it out everyday so I see it and get reminded.
I do the same with meditation and leave out my lil meditating frog in the bathroom. And I also set timers for myself at 11:11, 1:11, etc. so I know to take a 5min break or meditate.
I also have a quote in the bathroom that says "you woke up like this #flawless" so I can give myself love every morning.
The key is to leave msgs for yourself, whether physical evidence, a reminder note, a phone calendar event, a timer, whatever it takes!
Give yourself chances to succeed! As many as you need! Got it? Be almost obsessed like Jon Jones with your own life. Now go get em!
