So for the last month or so I've been working hard... yes I've been working out and well the 'hard' part is questionable but as it turns out 15 min is all you need to make a workout count!
I bought a bouncer aka mini trampoline at the advice of some well known life improvement guru's and what an amazing investment it has been! I work out on it as much as 4-5 times a week for just 15 min in a day. It's not only fun because it reminds me of my youth (And let's be honest, who doesn't like jumping on a trampoline) but turns out it helps with tons of other things.
Here's your top 5 reasons why you should add a trampoline to your workouts!
1. Cardiovascular health due to body exertion
2. Lymphatic drainage and circulation
3. Strengthening of your body - legs,arms (if using weights), core body
4. Improved balance, and core strengthening
5. Tons and tons of FUN!
As it turns out, I've had elevated blood pressure for a little while and because of this exercise I've been able to slowly dial down meds to hopefully remove them altogether. Note, this goes along with general healthy living/eating that I had already been doing for years. The combination is amazing!
