I recently heard an amazing talk about overcoming challenges, negative self talk, and most importantly how to get through them. The key word? ACTION
The funny thing is that people tend to hold on to challenges and these feelings of resistance by mulling it over for infinity and letting it fester and build inside us. Now tell me if anyone has been able to solve problems in that kind of state?!
The reality we should thank them in order to move. Yes thank your problem! I know that sounds like a tall order but what if you accepted this moment as just a moment in your timeline where a new decision needs to be made. A moment of thinking what will work, won’t work, what needs to change, or what can be improved. See it as a feeling to go in a direction that might be slightly different than the one you imagined.
Now realize that it took momentum to get to this challenge to begin with and trust me that no problem has been given to you that cannot be solved. As I learned, those people that seem to have the biggest resistance, and challenges are the one’s that have the potential to achieve the most in life. Imagine that!
So now if you take the momentum that brought you there, and get into a different state of embracing these through gratitude, strength, perseverance and understanding that this may be a stepping stone to reconcile the problem. And take massive action with thoughts to get through it, and use that energy to move beyond the restriction. What do you think will happen? Exactly, the solution will arise.
Now the final step I feel is listening to heart while moving in those actions. Your heart holds the key to intuition, and your innate wisdom to make the right moves. Some people call it the heart, the gut, or just an inside voice or feeling. SO as you take a moment to center yourself out of your state of resistance and move toward the solution listen to your heart. I often meditate, or just stay silent and bring myself into the now. Into the moment that only is and where we can take action. Then I feel for what the next best step is.

So I challenge to get outside yourself and take action by listening to your heart.
